Generally, Zarai Shop does not offer refunds or returns except in special circumstances. These
include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Delivered product is damaged/faulty/defective
  • Received an incorrect product upon delivery (different from what was ordered on our
    website or app).
  • Delivered product does not match the image/description on the product page
    All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you are eligible for a refund or
    return, we recommend you claim within 48 hours of receiving the product. Delaying any further
    may make you ineligible to return the product.

Please note some products have a strict no-return policy which is mentioned on the product
page.
